Fox and Bear Community

The children have enjoyed working on identifying the bones of the human skeleton and we are also decorating our pumpkin to take to the media center.  Our theme this year is James and the Giant Peach as we are currently reading the book.

Fun was had by all at Buckingham Assisted Living Center on Friday.  The children enjoyed sharing their love of music and reading with the patrons at Buckingham. Our elderly friends showed joy and happiness in having special visitors. We are hoping to see many familiar faces at the family engagement workshop this coming Saturday!

The children are currently working on some exciting independent projects right now.  We have some persuasive writing projects happening.  You may be receiving a letter of persuasion in the coming weeks!  We also have children writing songs and inventing new products to help the world.

We are in need of more Kroger gift cards for snack.  If you have not sent your cards in yet please support the classroom snack program if you are able to do so.  

Conferences:  Please let us know if you have not received a conference schedule through Sign Up Genius.  We are looking forward to meeting with parents in the coming weeks.
