Fox and Bear Community

The children enjoyed a variety of pumpkin activities this week! We've been estimating weight and the amount of seeds in the pumpkin. We also carved our pumpkin and we will be roasting the seeds on Monday. The children are also working hard to make "boring" stories more lively and exciting!
- Cross the street at corners/cross walks
- Carry glow sticks or flashlight so that kids are seen
- Join kids under age 12 for trick or treating
- Be alert and pay attention to surroundings
Pets-Holidays/needs
The pets could use some supplies:
Guinea Pigs need bedding
Loki the dragon needs fresh veggies/meal worms
Also, the Guinea Pigs need caretakers during the Winter Holidays. If you are interested in having a temporary pet, please let us know.

Paper Towels
We are in dire need of a new bookshelf similar to the one pictured above. One of the shelves on the Bear's side of the classroom is falling apart. If you have a spare bookshelf or would like to donate amazon gift cards to go towards the purchase of a bookshelf, we would greatly appreciate it!
