This week the children will be exploring the history of numbers as well as researching animals and their classifications. Tomorrow we will be going to Oatland island for our rescheduled field trip. We plan to go rain or shine so please help your child dress accordingly and they will need to bring a lunch that does not require re-heating.

3rd Grade Parents and Students:
All third grade students will be taking the GMAS (Georgia Milestone Assessment System) at the end of April/Beginning of May. It would behoove your child to practice at home. We will also be working with the children to help them prepare here at school. Below are two links that can be used at home for GMAS preparation.
READ DAILY!!
Please encourage your child to read 20 minutes each day with you or independently.
Work Completion
If your child does not complete classroom work in a timely fashion they will be asked to complete this work at home as "Homework".
I-ready/Amira (Please encourage 30 minutes 2x weekly)
