Fox and Bear Learning Community
This week we enjoyed learning about several types of invertebrates: cnidarians (such as sea jellies and corals), echinoderms (such as sea urchins and sea stars), and mollusks (such as octopuses, snails, and clams). This week we will be exploring the second group of invertebrates including worms and arthropods. We are also sharing information and completing research about black historical figures in celebration of Black History Month. Please remind your child to let a teacher know if he/she would like to present information about any of the topics we are working on.
A big THANK YOU and CONGRATULATIONS goes out to Ms. Angie, Ms. Olivia, and Ms. Patra! The Ellis video that they produced won 1st place in the K-8 level SCCPSS video marketing competition that is a part of the Student Success Expo.
There is another competition running to see which school's video gets the most views. Please Share!
